Phone Access To Your Funds

Rediphone is our 24 hour phone banking which allows you access to your account balance and latest transactions, as well as allowing you to transfer funds between your own accounts and pay your bills by BPAY.  Phone banking is a service provided to you by Orange Credit Union for free!

 

How to get a password for Rediphone Telephone Banking

 

To access Rediphone, you can apply for a Telephone Access Code by completing a Rediphone Application Form and returning it, by mail, fax or in person.  

 
How To Use Rediphone Banking

  • Dial RediPhone on 02 6361 1166
  • Key in your Member Number, followed by ‘#’
  • Key in your access code, followed by ‘#’

 PRESS 2To hear your Loan and Term Deposit account balance
 PRESS 3To check last 5 transactions 
 PRESS 4To transfer funds between accounts.
 PRESS 5To see if a personal cheque has been presented
 PRESS 6To order a statement
 PRESS 7To change your telephone access code
 PRESS 8To make a payment using BPAY 
PRESS 9To speak to a Member Service Officer (business hours only)
 PRESS 0
