How to apply for a Home Loan:

 

Information you'll need when you apply:

 

         Purchases (including Owner Occupied & Investment)
  1. Proof of your income (3 recent payslips). If self employed, copy of two most recent tax returns, and assessment notices or Profit & Loss Statement
  2. Proof of savings (other than accounts at Orange Credit Union)
  3. Estimate of assets
  4. Proof of your debt (latest statements for credit cards & store accounts)
         Refinances
  1. Proof of your income (3 payslips plus). If self employed, copy of two most recent tax returns, and assessment notices recent tax assessment.
  2. Proof of savings (other than accounts at Orange Credit Union)
  3. Estimate of assets
  4. Proof of your debt (statements for credit cards, store accounts, loans)
  5. Recent 6 months statements for all loans
  6. Rates notice
