How To Use Rediphone Banking

  1. Dial RediPhone on (02) 6361 1166    
  2. Key in your Member Number, followed by ‘#’
  3. Key in your access code, followed by ‘#’

PRESS 1 To hear your account balances
PRESS 2 To hear your Loan and Term Deposit account balance
PRESS 3 To check last five transactions 
PRESS 4 To transfer funds between accounts.

To see if a personal cheque has been presented

To order a statement

To change your telephone access code
PRESS 8 To make a payment using BPAY 
PRESS 9 To speak to a Member Service Officer (business hours only)
