To reset your internet banking password please follow the below instructions.

If you know your existing login details and have your mobile device with you, please follow the below steps:

1. Visit orangecu.com.au via a web browser on your mobile device (not through the mobile app) and click on the orange lock in the right-hand top corner.

2. Enter your member number and existing password, then click login. If you have forgotten your password, do not know your member number or have had too many unsuccessful login attempts, please continue to wait for a member banking specialist to assist.

3. You will be prompted to generate a SMS One-Time Password. Click on 'Get SMS' and the code will be sent to you.

4. Once you have entered the one-time password, you will be prompted to chose a new password. This new password must be a minimum of 8 characters, contain a mixture of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols.

5. Once you have finalised your new password, log into your Mobile App with your normal PIN or Face ID identification
