For over 55 years, Orange Credit Union has proudly worked by one of our founding principles - “helping people help themselves and each other”.

Due to the coronavirus, this principle resonates stronger than ever. Orange Credit Union is committed to helping our people, our customers and the broader Orange community through this challenging period.

While we have introduced social distancing measures in our branch, we are open for business and our team is here and ready to help.

Supporting your banking needs

Remember that our App and Internet Banking are still available 24/7 and that you can make balance enquiries and withdrawals using your Orange Credit Union Debit Card from any major bank ATM without being charged a fee.

For anyone in our community, regardless if you bank with us or not, who are unsure as to how to use ATMs or online channels please contact us on (02) 6362 4466 (8:45am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday) or drop into the Branch and ask for help. We will spend the time with you, teach and help you, ensuring you are able to manage these channels comfortably.
