With Phone Banking, you can check your balance on all your accounts, make BPAYs, and make internal transfers as you need to.

You only pay the cost of a local call for this service, no matter where you ring from within Australia.

  Register for Phone Banking

To access Phone Banking, you can apply for a Telephone Access Code by completing a Phone Banking Application Form and returning it, by mail, fax or in person.

  Setting up Phone Banking
Just call and enter your Member Number and Telephone Access Code. You will be required to change this code on first time use.
  Using Phone Banking overseas
You can use Phone Banking while overseas using the International Access Number for Australia from that country. Although we do not charge for the service, international call rates will apply.
  I forgot my access code

Please phone our Member Services team. They will happily walk you through the easy process to obtain a new access code.

  Authorising account access

Any person can be provided access to your accounts, although you will need to complete an Authorisation Form at our office. 

You can give them full access or limit their access to specific functions.
