When you also register for One-Time Password your daily transaction limit will increase to $4,000 per day.

  • Transactions conducted via the Internet after 5.00pm will be processed against your account no later than the next working day.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for Electronic Funds Transfer or BPAY payments to be credited to the external account
  • If you enter your password incorrectly more than 3 times you will need to contact us to have your password reset.
  • To set up transfers to other financial institutions you will need to advise us of the BSB (branch number), Account Number and Account Name
  • Internet banking is provided at no extra charge to all current Orange CU account holders however a valid internet subscription is required to access it, and your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may or may not charge you for it.

The following warning will appear when you transfer money via an external payment or BPAY:

Warning: The account name of the recipient does not form part of your payment instructions to us. We will NOT use or check the account name information in making the payment. It is your responsibility to make sure that the recipient’s account number and BSB number are correct. If you make a mistake you cannot make any claim upon us. Please review your instructions to confirm that they are correct before sending. Payments may take up to 48 hours to be credited to the external account.
