This online application is for Australian citizens or permanent residents aged 18 years or over.

We will ask for information on:

  • Your employment, income and living expenses
  • Your asset details including, land, house, contents, vehicles, savings and shares.
  • Any amount you owe on loans, overdrafts, credit/store cards (including limits and repayments)

Please have all of this information handy prior to starting your application, as you are not able to save your progress.

Important information before starting your application:

  1. Please read our Privacy Notification that advises how we collect and manage your personal information and exchange of information with a credit reporting agency.
  2. You will need to provide the following information so that the loan application can be assessed without delay. Please send one email with all documents attached as individual PDF format files (unless otherwise specified). Please make sure no edges of text or images on documents are cropped or cut off. Supporting documents can be emailed to
  • Living Expenses Worksheet Please return as an excel document
  • 3 most recent payslips
  • Proof and source of other income i.e. child support statement, Centrelink entitlement statement
  • Identification - Drivers Licence and Medicare Card (both required)
  • Last 3 months of statements for all loans, debts, and credit cards including 'buy now, pay later' accounts
  • Rates notice for all properties owned or rental ledger including start date (if applicable)

Additional documents required depending on your loan application

  • If purchasing/building, Contract of Sale and Legal team details (if applicable)
  • If self-employed, full Financial Statements, Tax Return and Notice of Assessment for the last 2 years
  • If refinancing, latest 6 months of debt being refinanced (if not available via bank statement link)
  • If you hold an investment property, rates notices, latest rental statement plus latest bank statement and transaction history until today's date (if not available via bank statement link)
