This application is for Australian citizens or permanent residents aged 18 years or over.

We will ask for information on:

  • Your employment, income and living expenses
  • What you own including, land, house, contents, vehicles, savings and shares.
  • What you owe on loans, overdrafts, credit/store cards

Please have all this information handy prior to starting your application, as unfortunately we are not able to save your progress. 

However even if you don’t have all your documentation, we will still accept and start processing your application and will be in touch if further information is required.  

We understand that personal service is important. Please be assured that your application will go to a person for assessment and not to a machine for scoring.

Your privacy is very important to us. Please read the Privacy Notification that advises how we collect and manage your personal information and exchange of information with a credit reporting agency.

What you will need to provide

  • 3 most recent payslips
  • Proof and source of other income i.e. child support statement, Centrelink entitlement statement
  • Last 3 months of statements for all loans, debts, and credit cards including 'buy now, pay later' accounts
  • Rates notice for all properties owned or rental ledger including start date (if applicable)
  • Once we receive your application, a link to provide your bank statements digitally will be emailed to you. It is our preference that this step is completed, however are able to accept emailed documentation also. 
  • Identification - Drivers Licence 

How to provide information

Additional documents required depending on your loan application

  • If purchasing/building, Contract of Sale and Legal team details (if applicable)
  • If self-employed, Statements, Tax Return and Notice of Assessment for the last 2 years
  • If you hold an investment property, rates notices, latest rental statement and transaction history until today's date (if not available via bank statement link)
